How to Synchronize Your BookBub Ads
IMPORTANT: BookBub does not provide data granularity on a daily basis. Because of this limitation, we use the Ad start date and the Ad's latest updated date to calculate a time period, then divide the total spend across that period to estimate the daily spend. We understand that this is not optimal, so we are actively working to find a solution to pull accurate daily spend data.
Advice: When analyzing BookBub ads, use a time period that covers the start and end date of the ad to get the most accurate results.
This BookBub Ads integration is currently in Beta.
If you encounter errors, missing data, or unexpected behavior, report it immediately so it can be addressed.
Prerequisites
- Access to your account’s Account Setup section
- The browser extension installed and enabled
Steps
1. Open Account Setup
Go to the Account setup page.
2. Select Browser Setup
Click the Browser option.

3. Install the Extension
If the browser extension is not already installed, install it before proceeding.
4. Synchronize BookBub Ads
- Search for BookBub in the list of available platforms.
- Click Synchronize BookBub Ads and follow our guide to sync your data.

5. Access BookBub Manager
Navigate to Platform Tools > BookBub Manager, or go directly to the BookBub Manager page.

6. Assign any BookBub campaigns that have not been auto-assigned to a book by clicking the yellow 'Edit' button on each row.
- To speed up your Campaign assignment, you can click multiple rows and then click the "Edit selected rows" at the top of the table to multi-assign campaigns and save time!
