Where to find features in Publisher Champ

Use the main sidebar to move between Publisher Champ's reporting, book management, platform, marketing, and account tools. Some pages depend on your subscription, connected platforms, or account type, so your sidebar may not show every item listed below.

Dashboard​

Open Dashboard and choose:

  • Visual for headline charts, cards, and customizable widgets.
  • Detailed for a more detailed table-based dashboard.

Use Dashboard for a quick overview of sales, royalties, Kindle Unlimited reads, advertising spend, and profitability.

Bookshelf & BSRs​

Open Bookshelf & BSRs directly from the sidebar to manage titles and book metadata. This is where you can edit aliases, tags, publication dates, KENPC, series names and order, archive books, merge related titles, bulk-update title metadata, and inspect current or historical BSR information.

Analytics​

Expand Analytics to find:

  • Power Table: Build custom tables using dimensions, metrics, filters, date ranges, currencies, and nested breakdowns.
  • Country Stats: Compare sales, royalties, spending, ROI, and ROAS by country or marketplace.
  • Book Stats: Analyze performance for selected books or titles.
  • Author Stats: Compare performance by author or pen name.
  • Historical Stats: Review performance over historical periods.
  • Month vs. Month Stats: Compare one month with another.
  • Book Series stats: Analyze series Sell-Through and Read-Through.
  • Year-Over-Year Stats: Compare equivalent periods between years.
  • Book Launch Stats: Review performance around a book launch.
  • Pre-Orders Stats: Analyze preorder activity.

Marketing Tools​

Expand Marketing Tools to find:

  • Ads Monitoring for advertising performance and alerts.
  • AMZ Attribution stats for Amazon Attribution results.
  • Smart Links to create and analyze trackable book links.
  • FB Ad Manager for connected Facebook or Meta advertising data.

Platform Tools and external data​

Expand Platform Tools to open Connected Platforms, connect or refresh data sources, create Custom Platforms, or manage supported Shopify, WooCommerce, and BookBub data.

Open Ext. Royalties/Expenses from the sidebar to add or import royalties and expenses that do not arrive through an automatic platform connection.

More features​

Expand More features for tools such as Amazon Followers, Author Recap, Journal Events, and Logs. Availability can vary by account.

Account, subscription, and help​

  • Expand My Account and select Settings for account preferences.
  • Expand My Account and select Membership to review or upgrade your subscription.
  • Expand Help and select Sync your data to connect platforms.
  • Under Help, you can also open Tutorials, the Video Library, the blog, Feature Requests, or Live chat.
  • Open What's New for recent product changes.

To contact Publisher Champ support, expand Help and select Live chat. You can also email support@publisherchamp.com. For product ideas, select Feature Requests under Help.

If you cannot see a page mentioned in a guide, first check whether its parent sidebar section is collapsed. If it is still absent, the feature may depend on your subscription, connected platform, or account type; contact live chat for account-specific help.
