PublishFlowWe’re teaming up with PublishFlow for the PublishFlow × PublisherChamp Q4 Challenge, with 51 prizes worth over $16,000 for participating publishers.
Create your books with PublishFlow, publish them on Amazon KDP, and connect Publisher Champ to track the royalties that determine your ranking. If you’re working on your next book, this is an opportunity to put it into the running.
Bringing book creation and sales tracking together
PublishFlow brings research, writing, editing, proofreading and formatting into one publishing workflow. Its Radar integration connects to Publisher Champ, bringing royalty and advertising data into PublishFlow so you can follow your books’ performance alongside your publishing work.
The connection uses read-only access, which you can revoke in Publisher Champ under My account → Settings → API Access. Learn more about connecting Publisher Champ to Radar.
For the challenge, Publisher Champ supplies the royalty data used for the leaderboard and provides the prizes for places 26–50. PublishFlow, through Authora LTD, organizes the competition.
How the challenge works
Your final ranking is based on the gross royalties your approved books earn from December 1–31, 2026, as reported by Publisher Champ. All formats and Amazon marketplaces count, with amounts converted to US dollars. Advertising spend is not deducted. Figures shown before December are a preview and do not count toward the final ranking.
To take part:
- Be 18 or older, with an active paid PublishFlow subscription and an active Publisher Champ subscription.
- Keep both subscriptions active through December 31, 2026.
- Enter books created in PublishFlow on or after October 1, 2026, published through your own Amazon KDP account connected to Publisher Champ.
- Register in Radar and submit your books for approval. Each book must be verified before it counts.
You can enter multiple books. Registration remains open until December 31, 2026.

For places 11–50, your approved books must earn at least $100 in gross royalties during December for a prize to be awarded.
The newcomer award is for publishers whose first paid PublishFlow subscription began on or after October 1, 2026. Returning customers do not qualify as newcomers. If the highest-ranked newcomer finishes in the top three, the newcomer award passes to the next eligible newcomer outside the top three.
DPE tickets cover event admission; travel and accommodation are separate. Winners will be announced in early January 2027, once December royalties are final and verified. See the full prize and eligibility conditions.

- Open Radar in PublishFlow and connect your Publisher Champ account.
- Open the Challenge, choose a public alias and accept the terms.
- Add your eligible books for verification.
- Follow your position on the daily leaderboard, visible to participants only.
Other participants can see your chosen alias, book count and gross royalties. Your book titles remain private.
